My
chosen full-time career is the selling of residential real estate in
Boulder. I was one of the original three founders of Bodin Realty, which
became Coldwell Banker in 1984. I gained valuable experience in
every phase of real estate management and marketing. I sold my interest
in the company and my attention is now entirely directed to the selling
of homes. I do enjoy and do give all my energy to the sale of
residential property.
I
have four top notch experienced assistants who handle all aspects
of my business except the selling. I am free to spend all my time
prospecting for buyers and selling houses. An important distinction
between myself and the other top Brokers is I personally, not my
assistants, handle all aspects of showing, negotiating and selling. I am
the only person you will talk to and I return all calls promptly.
